Global Unique IT Solutions is an IT services company based at SF 02 03 Town Apartments, Iran Road, 6th Road, Block A, Rawalpindi 46000, Pakistan. We build websites and provide search engine optimization, content writing, social media management and website maintenance services.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to globaluniqueitsolutions.com and to any enquiry you send us through it.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you fill in our contact form, we ask for:

• Your name, so we know how to address you
• Your email address, so we can reply
• Your phone number, which is optional and only used if you prefer a call
• The service you are interested in, so the right person answers
• Your message, describing what you need

Our server also records the IP address a form submission came from. This is a routine security measure that helps us identify automated spam.

We do not ask for payment details on this website. If you become a client, invoicing and payment happen separately.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, understand what you need, and prepare a quote or advice. That is the entire purpose.

If you become a client, we keep your contact details so we can carry out the work you have asked for and stay in touch about it.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent us an enquiry.

Where your information is stored

Contact form submissions are stored in the database of this website, hosted on our server. Only people who work here and have an administrator account can see them.

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful. Old enquiries that never became projects are removed periodically. Client records are kept while we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work properly. If you are not logged in as an administrator, that is very little.

We do not run advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of visitors for advertising purposes.

If we add analytics to understand which pages are read most, it will be for that purpose only, and this policy will be updated to say so.

Third party services

A few parts of this website rely on services run by other companies:

• Google Maps is embedded in our footer to show our office location. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads.
• WhatsApp is linked from our contact button. If you click it, your conversation with us happens on WhatsApp under their terms and their privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider stores the website and its database, and keeps standard server logs.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your enquiry and any details attached to it

Send that request to info@globaluniqueitsolutions.com and we will act on it promptly. We will not ask you why.

Keeping it secure

This website runs over HTTPS, so information you send through the contact form is encrypted in transit. We keep the software behind the site updated and take regular backups.

No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say is that we do not collect sensitive information here, and we do not keep anything longer than we need to.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no notification list, so the date is the honest way to check.
