About these terms

These terms cover the use of globaluniqueitsolutions.com and the services provided by Global Unique IT Solutions, based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you engage us for a project, the written proposal or quote we send you sits alongside this page, and where the two differ, the proposal applies to that project.

What we provide

We provide web development, web design, search engine optimization, social media management, content writing and website maintenance. What is included in your project is set out in the proposal we send you before starting.

Anything not written in that proposal is not included. If you need something added later, we will quote for it separately rather than quietly absorbing it or quietly billing for it.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are given in writing and are valid for the period stated on them. Prices shown on our pricing page are for the plans described there and may change over time, but a plan you have already started will not change price without notice.

Payment terms for projects are agreed before work begins and are usually split between an advance and a balance on delivery. Monthly plans are billed monthly.

Work may be paused if an agreed payment is significantly overdue. We will always tell you before that happens rather than simply stopping.

What we need from you

Projects move at the pace of the slower side. To keep things on schedule we need:

• Content and materials such as text, images and logos, unless we have agreed to produce them
• Access to hosting, domain or existing accounts where the work requires it
• Feedback within a reasonable time, so approvals do not stall the project

You confirm that any content you give us is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it. We cannot check copyright on your behalf.

Timelines

Every project gets an estimated timeline. We work to it, and we tell you early if something threatens it.

Delays caused by late content, delayed feedback, or changes to scope will move the timeline. That is not a penalty, it is simply how the arithmetic works.

Ownership of your work

When a project is paid for in full, the website, the design and the content we produced for it belong to you.

Your domain and hosting accounts stay in your name throughout, and every login is handed over at the end. You are never dependent on us to keep your own website running.

We may use general techniques, code patterns and knowledge from a project in future work. We will not reuse your content, your branding or anything specific to your business.

Showing work in our portfolio

We may show completed work on our portfolio page and social media, including a screenshot and a short description.

If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not. If you have asked us to sign an NDA, we will not show the work at all.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us in the course of a project is treated as confidential. We do not discuss client work with other clients.

We are happy to sign a non disclosure agreement. Send us yours before sharing sensitive details and we will sign it.

Revisions and changes

Each project includes a number of revision rounds, agreed in the proposal so nobody is guessing later.

Changes that alter the agreed scope, such as new pages or new features, are quoted separately. We will tell you before doing the work, never after.

Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. The current month is not refunded, but nothing further is billed and you keep everything produced up to that point.

If a project is cancelled partway through, work completed up to that point is payable. Anything already paid for and delivered remains yours.

After delivery

We stay available after launch. Small questions are answered without an invoice attached.

We are not responsible for problems caused by changes made by you or by someone else after handover, or by third party services outside our control such as hosting outages or plugin conflicts introduced later.

If you take our maintenance service, keeping the site healthy becomes our job and is covered separately.

What we can and cannot promise

We commit to the work, the quality and the reporting. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic numbers or sales, because no honest agency can. Search engines and social platforms make their own decisions.

Where we give an estimate or a projection, it is our informed opinion based on experience, not a promise.

Using this website

The content on this website, including text, design and code, belongs to Global Unique IT Solutions. You are welcome to read it, quote a line with credit, and share links to it. Copying pages wholesale for your own site is not permitted.

We keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or online at every moment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a disagreement arises, we would much rather resolve it in a conversation than anywhere else, and we will always try that first.
